Yeah, i am trying to loose 17 pounds by the summer i am :
1. going to the gym every day (mon-fri)
doing not only workout but also yoga to stretch those muscles.
2. eating healthy, which means absolutely NO junk food
3. and i try to move around as much as possible.
I heard belly dancing helps loose weight, but in my opinion Nia dancing is fun and the first time i did, it i lost 3 pounds!!!!!

I Do Ballet Nd My Teacher Says To Do Really Slow Situps So Ur Working Every Part If Your Stomach...
If Ths Is To Hard Put Your Toes Under The Couch Or Simply Get Someone To Hold Down Your Feet..

Tip 1: Drink heaps of water.(but not to much..is you dont get rid of the water, to can sometimes built up to your body and you can drown)
Tip 2: Healthy Eating
Tip 3: Plenty of exercise( Like 100-150 crunchies a day, but take it slow, take it 10 at a time)

tip 5...NO junkfood on the weekends
